    I started looking into somatic healing work and incorporating that work with journaling has been helpful, but nothing ever being fully helping. It was just me trying to piece things from and there all together.

    That's why I think this was so helpful this week because it was a little of everything in a solid framework to work through and it was organized to keep moving forward. My missing puzzle piece.
